Day 3 - Huevos Rancheros
Today's new food was Huevos Rancheros. It was a huge hit. Huevos Rancheros is a Mexican breakfast dish consisting of eggs on top of fried corn tortillas, and then topped with a tomato-chili sauce.
Elizabeth declared that this has been the best food so far, and I have to agree.
