Tulip Festival

We went camping at Deception Pass last weekend.   My main reason for choosing this location was that we were close to the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.    It's normal for the fields to be muddy at this time of year and we knew to wear our mud boots.   This was a highlight for Kai, who spent most of his time either jumping between the rows of tulips or splashing in the mud puddles.
